When a food brand decides to transform, the change doesn't just happen on the menu or in its graphic image . It 's a profound process that must be felt from the customer 's first step upon entering the space . This was the challenge we took on at L' Atelier Bogotá for the furniture renovation project for Sagal , meat experts .
A makeover that required its own spatial language
The Sagal brand was embarking on an ambitious rebranding process . This new chapter required that every piece of the restaurant speak the same language: accessible sophistication , authenticity, and a celebration of the essential. Our challenge was to design furniture that not only accompanied this change, but also made it visible and palpable at every table, in every encounter. 
Functional design with a handcrafted character
Our team proposed a series of custom - made pieces aligned with the brand 's new visual identity . Noble materials such as solid wood in warm tones , metal hardware with industrial finishes , and heavy - duty textiles defined the palette of this space .
The furniture had to meet the demands of the HORECA sector : high durability, ergonomics, and easy maintenance . But it also had to convey an experience: that of a place where meat takes center stage, but the design creates the perfect context for appreciating it .
